Get invited for a spotify premium upgrade on your existing Spotify account email.

If you would like to use your existing account but your account's country is not set to Mexico, you would need a VPN to acces your Spotify account. Once the browser detects that you are in Mexico, the Country section of your account information will become editable.


Select Mexico as the country and save the changes.


You will not be able to switch back to the United States if you want to keep the premium. At first, your music feed might have suggestions for Mexico users, but just search for the music you normally would to reestablish your taste profile.


How to Use:

Once invited, you will be prompted to join as an individual user to Spotify Premium Family and asked to enter the address of the primary account owner.


There will be two emails to look out for. 

  • One will be from Spotify, inviting you to join the family -- along with a code. You can either enter the code manually, or click on the button in the email. 
  • One will be from us telling you the address for the primary account holder. This address is required when confirming that you are "indeed a family member from the same address". 



Once payment is received, you will be emailed the account information within 24 hours.


If you do no receive an email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder to ensure it wasn't mistakenly flagged. If you still do not see the email, please contact us at with your name, email address, and order number.
